By order of November 29, 1995, the motion for reconsideration was granted, and the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending a decision in the case of People v Bender. On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 23, 1996, 452 Mich. 594, 551 N.W.2d 71 (1996), the application for leave to appeal is again considered, and it is DENIED because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. The motion for peremptory reversal is DENIED.
